Kevin Law stands as one of Long Island’s most influential figures, seamlessly bridging public service, business leadership and community development. As executive vice president and partner at Tritec Real Estate, Law is an integral part of the development team and chairs the affordable housing team, driving initiatives that address one of the region’s most pressing needs. His impact, however, extends far beyond real estate. For over a decade, Law led the Long Island Association, transforming it into one of New York’s most respected business organizations and securing more than $5 billion in infrastructure investments for the region.
Law’s impressive resume includes serving as former president and chief executive officer of the Long Island Power Authority, co-chair of the Long Island Regional Economic Development Council and chief deputy county executive for Suffolk County. His legal and planning expertise, honed at the law firm of Nixon Peabody, where he was managing partner of the Long Island office, and through various Suffolk County roles, has shaped land use, environmental policy and housing strategy across Long Island.
In addition to his work with Tritec, Law continues to serve the region and state in several capacities. Law was appointed chairman of Empire State Development by Gov. Kathy Hochul.
