Project Scope:
Comprehensive renovation of all chemistry research labs, overhaul of mechanical penthouse and  building systems. Divided into 8 “packages” of work managed in 5 phases of construction.

     Construction Phase 1 (penthouse and systems) estimated start date - Winter 2022/23
     Phase 1 estimated completion date - October 2025
