Brief Bio:
Jungmin Kang is a lecturer in the Department of Asian and Asian American Studies at Stony Brook
University where she teaches various levels of Korean language courses. She received
her Ph.D. in 2014 with a dissertation titled “On the lack of TP and its consequences:
Evidence from Korean”. Her research interests are second language acquisition, Korean
syntax, theoretical syntax, formal semantics, and syntax-semantics interface.
