SBU AIChE Mission and Objectives

     The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) student chapter at Stony Brook University promotes professional development within the context of Chemical Engineering academia and industry.  Members of SBU AIChE are proud to take part in the National and Regional AIChE Conferences, held annually. The chapter consistently brings a number of Stony Brook students to these events, where members network with professionals, strengthen bonds with sister chapters, and compete in ChemE Car, ChemE Sports, ChemE Jeopardy, and research presentation competitions. In addition to these activities, the SBU AIChE chapter regularly hosts professional and social general body meetings, providing members with opportunities to network, build skills, and engage with peers and professionals in a dynamic environment.
