Kayla Montes joined the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in November 2025 as the Intake Coordinator.

Since graduating from Stony Brook University with her Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Kayla has utilized her creativity in marketing and communications to specialize in social media marketing. Her professional background along with almost a decade of experience in the hospitality industry brings a unique prespective to her role.
