We are working hard to minimize disruption in service while maintaining a shift to a hybrid (in-person and virtual) mode of service delivery. You can connect with the professional staff on our team via telephone or email (details outlined below), as well as through Google Hangout/chat message (for information on how to use the chat functionality, click here.) The SCD team is also available throughout the week for video-chats via Google Meet or Zoom, by request. If an in-person meeting is necessary or preferred, please indicate this in your correspondence so that we may prepare for a socially distant interaction.
