Jeffrey Barker
Retired President, New York State, Bank of America & Founder and Principal, JBarker Advisory
Jeff is an experienced senior business executive who has successfully applied his managerial and strategic skills across the retail and financial services industry. His expertise, which has been delivered on a national scale, includes operations, philanthropic management, cultural change and strategic planning. In his 28 year career at Bank of America Jeff served as the New York State President, National Metro Segment Executive, and Metro New York Consumer Executive. His team was responsible for 500 branches, $165 Billion in deposits, and $60 Million of annual community support across the country. Prior to joining Bank of America Jeff had a successful career at Barnes and Noble where his team opened and managed 140 stores in 17 states in the Eastern United States.

Greg Meyding
Partner, Boston Consulting Group
Greg, a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with over 30 years in management consulting, drives breakthrough performance by guiding organizations through transformation. He partners with leaders to manage change across their teams, ensuring adoption and desired business results. His expertise spans turnarounds, digital and technology transformations, M&A, organizational redesign, and cultural shifts, gained through client work in North America, Europe, Asia, South and Central America, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.
Previously, Greg held consulting leadership roles at IBM and PwC. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Virginia.

Shashi Bellamkonda

Larry Danielson
Retired Deloitte Consulting Partner
Larry is a seasoned Senior Deloitte Principal with over 40 years of experience in developing and scaling client businesses within the Big Four management consulting industry. He led the establishment and growth of multiple consulting practices, crafted strategic plans, and built trusted relationships within large, complex organizations. Larry collaborated with global Alliance partners on innovative solutions and served as lead partner for major global clients across industries such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, sports, retail, pharmaceuticals, utilities, public sector, and non-profits. His leadership includes global roles and over nine years as Managing Principal of Deloitte’s New Jersey Office, overseeing 700+ professionals. He also serves on several for-profit and non-profit boards.

Mike Ryan
Vice Chairman for UBS Global Wealth Management
Mike is Vice Chairman of UBS Global Wealth Management and a member of the WM USA Management Committee, where he advises clients on macroeconomic, social, geopolitical, and policy trends affecting investment outlooks. In September 2021, he became Head of the UBS Sustainability and Impact Institute and also serves as Chairman of the UBS Americas Inc. Political Action Committee and Executive Committee Sponsor for the UBS Veterans Network. Previously, he led over 50 U.S.-based research professionals as Chief Investment Officer Americas and was a member of the Global Investment Committee shaping the UBS House View. With 38+ years in the financial industry, Mike is a recognized market expert and Chartered Financial Analyst®, affiliated with the CFA Institute, FIASI, and NYSSA. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, an MA in International Relations from American University, and a BA in political science and economics from the University of Rochester. He also serves on advisory boards for the Northwell Health Cancer Institute and Simon Business School.
