The Center of Entrepreneurial Finance (CEF) aims to advance and disseminate research and practice on how entrepreneurial entities acquire, manage and transfer financial resources.

We have three missions:

• • Promote and facilitate research activities in entrepreneurial finance.
  • Create opportunities for students to participate in entrepreneurial finance research and start-up activities.
  • Provide a platform connecting relevant stakeholders to support the building of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on Long Island, New York State, and beyond.
