To identify individuals with authorization to encumber or commit account funds:

Submit the appropriate form:

• RF Accounts: Please Log on to E-RAS
• SBF Accounts: Please Log on to E-RAS
• CPMP Accounts: Please Log on to E-RAS

To submit your signature for State, RF, SBF or CPMP (Blank Signature Sheet) *:

• Single Signature: PROC0061
• Multiple Signatures: ASAF0001

*If you have State, RF, SBF and/or CPMP accounts, please submit your signature only once. Signature sheets can be submitted to either the Procurement Office or the Office of Grants Management.

To add the names of Account Assistants who will assist you in maintaining your Signatory Delegates:
