Mission

Founded in 2008 SB Homes mission is to  provide access to healthcare to the uninsured in Suffolk County.

Objectives

To bridge the communication gap between SBU HOME Spanish- Speaking patients and the healthcare team at community based clinic.

SB HOME provides students an opportunity to observe the essence of patient-centered care and work along side of Stony Brook medical students.
