The office of Budget, Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a trusted advisor and partner to Stony Brook University's many academic and administrative units. Collaboratively, our team coordinates SBU's all-funds budget, and provides financial and fiscal planning resources that support the University's mission of enabling the most effective education, research and healthcare.

Appointment of Elizenda Mondesir to Interim Senior Associate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis
Effective, May 8, 2025, Jude Eleonore Elizenda Mondesir (Eli Mondesir), long-serving Assistant Vice President, has graciously agreed to serve as Interim Senior Associate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. "I am confident that Eli’s institutional knowledge, coupled with her team’s dedication to ensuring that the campus community receives financial data in a timely and seamless way, will only benefit Stony Brook," said Jed Shivers, Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration.
