Design and Manage Your Own Event!

Are you an undergraduate student looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact? Do you have creative ideas for events and a passion for a specific area of study?

CAS Centers and Institutes are offering a unique internship opportunity for motivated undergraduate students. This internship allows you to:

• Choose a Center or Institute that aligns with your academic interests (see below)
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to conceptualize and plan an event that resonates with the center's mission and goals.
• Take the lead in designing and managing all aspects of your chosen event. This is your chance to bring your ideas to life!
• Receive support and guidance from experienced Center & Institute staff throughout the entire process. You'll gain invaluable experience and practical skills.

What could your event be? The possibilities are vast! You could organize a:

• lecture or panel discussion  
• cultural celebration  
• workshop  
• film screening and discussion
• community outreach event to connect the university with the wider community
• something else agreed upon with the selected Center or Institute
