Zoom Assistance is available for all OLLI members:

• 1 on 1 training to Workshop Leaders and members
• Group training for Workshop Leaders and members
• Specialized advanced zoom training
• Demo workshops for Lecture Series speakers

• Password not working
• Stuck in the waiting room
• Audio or video not working

If you are contacting us during our normal business hours, 

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00 pm,

you will receive a response from an OLLI Office Team Member within 30 minutes.

If you are contacting us outside of normal business hours you will receive a response the following business day in the order your request was received.
